Engineer Arnous   examined  the maintenance and rehabilitation works  at  Deir Ali power station.
In order to increase the efficiency and profitability of power plants operating on fuel and gas
The repair works for the first section of t  Deir Ali power station  was done With great  support from the government.
It consists of two gas turbines and one steam turbine, operating as a composite circuit with a capacity of up to 700 megawatts
Prime Minister Hussein Anus conducted an inspection tour accompanied by Minister of Electricity Eng  Ghassan Alzamil.
They checked the maintenance and rehabilitation works that is taking place at the Deir Ali power station.
 In addition to ,the stages it has reached and the completion rates in it, as the rehabilitation operations have reached their final stages, and are currently being carried out.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of rehabilitating and maintaining the Deir Ali station, because of its great importance in supplying the electrical network, contributing to improving the electricity situation, securing energy demand, and providing part of the citizens' need.
