The Minister of Electricity and the Minister of Energy of the United Arab Emirates discus bilateral relations and energy production issues
The Minister of Electricity,Eng  Gassan Zamil, and the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United
 Arab Emirates, Suhail bin Mohamed Mazruyi, discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and issues related to energy production

During the meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2023 exhibition, Minister Al-Zamil referred to the current difficulties  and abstacles for power generation in Syria
as a result of unilateral Western coercive measurements , and the lack of fossil energy, which reduced electricity generation from 10,000 megawatts before the war imposed on Syria to about Two thousand megawatts now
On the other hand, the Minister of the United Arab Emirates pointed out the importance of the good relations  between the two countries
and the priority his country to that relation.

The two ministers stressed the importance of exploiting international platforms to obtain clean energy.
